Paint Removal

Small amounts of paint can usually be removed from windows during a standard cleaning. However, for large amounts of overspray on the windows, additional cleaning charges will apply as this can become labor-intensive to remove.

Mineral Deposits (Hard Water Stains)

Paradoxically the very thing that cleans your windows can be that which makes them most ‘dirty’. For water with high mineral content, after evaporation, the particulate matter that is suspended in water drops is left to cook onto the glass. At a certain point, it goes beyond dirty and becomes damaged. While it is possible to remove most hard water stains from glass, this requires the usage of heavy-duty solvents and multiple cleanings on each window. This goes beyond what we can offer during a standard cleaning. It is a service we are happy to provide but is an additional charge.

Our pricing for residential window cleaning is calculated by a variety of factors. The total amount of windows a home has, the style of window, and how accessible they are primary considerations. Also, the requested time frame for the cleaning, as well as the amount of time that has passed between the last cleaning can play a role in pricing.

Our estimates are always free and no obligation. To get you an accurate price, we will come out to take a look at your home to get an idea of the scope of the work. The process is very quick and easy. It's something which can be done from the exterior of your home.
